Introduction

Correspondence with Elvira Zoloeva began at the end of May. Basic neurodiagnostics completed June 7 (evening measurement) and recorded the classic picture of an overheated head: a lot of activating beta, little alpha/theta, self-regulation is depleted, anger is high in the background. The very formulation of “to go anywhere” caused difficulty.

After the diagnosis it happened ~monthly pause (June 8 → July 5): the correspondence recorded technical failures of the platform and communication (“the platform does not seem to be working”, “will have to cancel before returning”). The course has started July 6 and currently has 13 sessions over 5 weeks in the morning mode as a stable rhythm. Sessions continue - this is an intermediate fixation, not the final result.

Main result

Over the course of 5 weeks, Elvira’s brain transformed from the “constant activation” mode to the “available rest” mode.. Relaxation Index grew by 93%, Chill by 63%, Beta-rhythm (activation) fell by 40%.

Separately about Theta-rhythm: it remains stable (+8%) - and this is not a weak result, but a marker pure “nothing” without drowsiness. Elvira spent ~90% of her practice with her eyes closed in complete nothingness: if theta had soared, it would have been a sign of a dip into drowsiness (hypnagogia). The fact that relax increased by 93% with stable theta, and alpha within sessions accelerated significantly (0.04 → 0.83), means deep but clear waking state (ONTO PRESENCE / Pure Nothing according to the methodology) - relaxed as much as possible, but in consciousness, and not in a daze. This is the target profile, and not “theta has not increased, which means it’s worse.”

Key: the last two sessions (August 12 and 13) are tests, completed by Elvira independently, without guidance or prompting from the researcher. That is, the final numbers (Chill 70, Relaxation Index 8.85) are not the result of co-therapy, but autonomous reproduction of a state of rest on its own command. The skill has entered a stable, independent mode. Control diagnostics confirmed that the new level is holding - this is not a one-time surge.

Methodological caveat: Diagnosis on June 7 took place in the evening, course - in the morning. In the evening Chill is physiologically lower, so part of the increase is the effect of both the transition to the morning mode and the skill of entering the state. Both factors are part of the program, but in the report to the client it is called directly. The measurement structure is classic before/after: diagnosis (without skill) → course with guidance → control diagnostics without guidance.

Breakthrough moments (within sessions)

The average numbers above are averages, but there are specific episodes of “click” right at the meeting:

Honestly: where else to grow

We don't sugarcoat. For the current fixation, three zones are marked that require the following step:

Fatigue score increased by 80% (6.0 → 10.8). The reason is clear: sessions are built on switching different states of self-regulation (Chill ↔ Focus ↔ Self-control within one meeting), and this consumes energy while working on oneself. Fatigue during training is an expected side effect, not a regression.

Anger relative to diagnostics reduced by 33% (54.3 → 36.6), but within the course towards the final it moved up (from start 22 to control 37, +59%). The exact reason is not inferred from the data.. The most likely hypothesis is the same as for fatigue: the accumulated depletion of the self-regulation resource by the end of a dense block of sessions gives a protective outburst of anger. We'll check at the next meetings.

Cognitive score and Focus decreased (−37% / −27%). Relaxation and concentration are antagonists here (correlation ≈ −0.6): the brain shifted towards “rest”, and this cost “involvement”. The goal of the next stage is to teach the brain to “turn on” back as easily as it learned to turn off.

Why is this important

The case demonstrates not “relax and feel better,” but measurable neuroplasticity: over 5 weeks, the rhythms of the brain objectively restructured towards peace, the ability to enter the state of “nothingness” increased, and anger as background noise decreased. Self-regulation index NSI (NeuroSelfRegulation Index, separate check EC→EO) will be added after the completion of the cycle as a target metric ΔNSI - a formula that confirms the result with a number, not a feeling.

Generated from real data from the ex nihilo platform. All numbers are from 14 CSV exports of neurometrics (diagnostics + 13 sessions), iMe correspondence and control diagnostics 13.08. Garbage calibration/signal break lines cleared. Dips and pauses in the data are not smoothed out. NSI will be added as a separate check.
