Sit comfortably. The back is straight, the shoulders are soft. Before we begin, let's record where we are now and why.
Before we begin, let's record where we are now and why.
Everything you did up to this point - filling out questionnaires, writing down ideas about yourself, reflecting on areas of life, uploading tasks and plans, recording states - this was not “preparation for the sake of preparation”. It was sequential density assembly. I'll explain what I mean, but first a few words about why we are here in the first place and why this is the case.
The first captain is genetic. He is four billion years old. His wisdom is written in every cell of your body. Antonio Meneghetti called it In-se - the true biological essence, the natural project of man. It strives for homeostasis, survival, natural cycles. His language is bodily sensations, emotions, intuition. Pain means “take your hand away”. Pleasure - “repeat”. Fatigue - “stop”. Attraction - “get closer”. This wisdom has been honed over billions of years.
The second captain is memetic. He is only seventy thousand years old. This ego is the cultural “I”, a superstructure of ideas, beliefs, narratives. His language is internal dialogue, concepts, stories about himself. "You must be successful." “It’s a shame to rest.” “You have to live up to expectations.” Its purpose is to spread through your attention, your words, your actions.
Do you feel this war every day. The body screams “I’m tired” - the meme responds “you’re a lazy loser”. The body says “it’s dangerous here” - the meme says “what will people think”. The body wants peace - the meme demands achievements. The body says “enough” - the meme demands “more.”
Between these two captains there is an intermediary. The filter through which you see the world. Meneghetti called him Deviation monitor.
It works through three mechanisms:
Imagine the perfect photograph of the universe - billions of stars, galaxies, nebulae. Now imagine that one pixel has burned out in the center of the screen. Glows red. Wherever you look, this pixel is always before your eyes. You don't see the universe as it is because everything passes through this point.
This dead pixel is your ego.. Idea about yourself. The whole world is now assessed relative to this point: “How does this affect me?” “Is this good or bad for me?” “What will they think of me?”
You don’t see the monitor itself, just like a fish doesn’t see water.
Modern man lives in a system captured by an information parasite. Diagnosis is based on five symptoms—you most likely have all five.
These are not personal flaws. This is a natural result of the operation of the captured device.
And here is an important twist. Can this be fixed? No. There is nothing to fix - everything works as it should work from the point of view of memes. You can only temporarily disable the entire system - DMN with all its contents - and learn how to do it on demand.
You can't defeat memes with their own weapons.. Don't "change your mind" every setting. Afind the switch.
This is important because it explains why we will continue to upload performances by age.
A child is born with clean screen. No filters. No memes. Only In-se is biological nature, direct perception.
The first months - the first association memes are formed. Squeeze → cry → warmth of mother’s hands → relief. The first rut that will deepen with each repetition. Behind her is the second. Third. Hundredth. The world, which a second ago was a single field without differences, begins to fall apart into fragments. Warmth is safe. Sharp sound - compression. This smell is relaxing. This intonation is anxiety. The filter is still thin, almost transparent. But he has already come between you and reality.
By six months, strategy memes appear. Not words - bodily programs. Smile like this - mom’s face becomes softer. Cry - warmth comes. Freeze - dangerous things pass by. Every connection strengthens the connection. Every connection becomes a rut. What was a random experiment becomes a program.
Then the words come. And that changes everything.
"Mother." The first label stuck on the heat. "No." The first boundary drawn by sound. "It is forbidden." The first meme that exists separately from the situation - it can be said in an empty room, and the body will still shrink. "Fine." "Badly." "Right." "Wrong." Each word is not a description of the world, but an instruction.
"Boys don't cry." "Good girls listen." “If you do this, they won’t love you.” Every phrase is not advice. It's a meme strategy dressed up in language. She tells the child's brain: do this, otherwise you will lose touch with the pack.. And the loss of connection with the pack for a three-year-old brain is tantamount to death.
Kindergarten. The first pack outside the family. New memes are tougher, without the soft packaging of parental love. “Whoever is not with us is against us.” “If they tease you, it means something is wrong with you.” Association memes are pouring in like hail: this toy is status, this one is shame; this behavior is access to the group, this is expulsion.
School. The filter gets thicker every year. Layer after layer: grades, calls, diaries, “you can do better”, “a C again”, “look at Seryozha - he’s trying”. Meme strategies become more complex: “to be appreciated, be first,” “to be left undisturbed, be invisible.”. By age ten there is no more blank screen. There is a dense multi-layer structure that works twenty-four hours a day and which its wearer takes for “himself.”
Youth. Hormones hit the nervous system. New memes are laid on an already existing layer - identity, rebellion or submission, first love, first disappointment, ideas about who you need to become.
University, early adulthood. Professional roles. New language. New circle. Career memes. The image of success. Family and environmental expectations.
Current adult life. By the age of thirty, forty, fifty, a person has tens of thousands of memes. They don't lie apart. They are intertwined, support each other, refer to each other, united around a central figure - “I”.
And that’s when we next get to the phrase "I." and upload views by age - we will analyze these layers. Each age is a separate layer of monitors, a separate layer of memes that needs to be collected into a letter and annihilated.
These are not memories. This is a design. We take it apart in order to compress it later.
There is a theory seriously discussed in cosmology: our Universe originated inside a massive black hole.. Matter was compressed, collapsed, information did not disappear anywhere - and at some point an explosion occurred inside the extreme compression. Not out - in. The Big Bang was not a beginning from nothing, but result of extreme compression.
It’s the same with the mental “I”.
Seventy thousand years ago, the human brain experienced its own Big Bang - an explosion of consciousness. For the first time, a hominid saw in a zigzag not just a line, but a symbol. And from that second the expansion of the mental universe began - memes, symbols, language, narrative, endless internal dialogue. The universe of the mind filled the entire space of perception.
To truly dissolve the “I”, it is not enough to relax, meditate, “let go”. You need to reverse the process. The Big Crunch. Take this entire expanded mental universe - all the beliefs, all the fears, all the stories about yourself, all the roles, all the layers accumulated from childhood to the present day - and compress it to a point. Before the singularity. Until the moment when “I” as a concept collapses into itself.
Don't "kill the ego" - that would be another violent act within the same system. Exactly - squeeze. Allow the mental universe to collapse to zero.
So that behind this zero is revealed what was before the Explosion. Silence. Pure presence. Nothing.
And this is what you have been doing for the last weeks and hours:
Each step is a transfer of a piece of your “I” from the unconscious to the observable. Each step compacts the material, which can then be compressed.
You have now reached the point where this material can be annihilated. Not to repress, not to “let go”, not to “rethink” - but to completely collapse into nothingness and enter the first pure ONTO NOTHING.
To understand the principle, you need to know how the brain works.
There are three large networks running simultaneously in your brain:
In a healthy brain, this is a balancing system. After “hacking” by a memetic replicator, the balance is disrupted: the DMN works chronically, the SN reacts to phantom threats - abstract fears about the future, evaluation, meaning. CEN puts out the fires it starts by trying to solve the problems created by memes with other memes.
The entrance to Pure Nothing is dramatic suppression of the DMN. Alpha soars, beta crashes, amygdala calms down, cortisol drops, HRV rises.
The principle of neurotechnology works like this:
We take a phrase - long, meaningful, with a certain effect on the brain - and load DMN with it. We don't fight it. We overload - let her repeat the same phrase over and over again. While the mind is busy repeating, it does not generate new content.
Further - the phrase begins to decrease. Each step is shorter than the previous one:
When this letter is repeated long enough, it loses its meaning.. It's called semantic richness: a psycholinguistic effect in which a word pronounced hundreds of times in a row turns into a sound without content. The brain gets used to the stimulus and stops processing it. Wernicke's area, which is responsible for the meaning of words, ceases to recognize “I” as a reference to oneself.
And at the moment when “I” becomes just a sound, we remove it. The DMN loses its last anchor and shuts down.
You reach a point where there are no thoughts, no visuals, no sense of “I”. Only silence and presence.
This is Pure Nothing. This is called differently in different traditions. Buddhists - shunyata. Yogi - nirodha. Zen - Mu. Heidegger - Gelassenheit. We call it simply: stopping the internal dialogue. Pure emptiness. System zero.
This is important because it explains why the phrases are the way they are.
I did not develop a "practice for enlightenment". I have been involved in neuromarketing for twenty years - studying how memes infect the mass consciousness, how a headline goes viral, what triggers make a person act before the thought “why” is formed.. I designed memes for advertising. I knew them from the inside.
And at some point I started teaching others. And I saw a strange thing: the very mechanisms that I used in marketing to trigger action, in the minds of students work in the opposite direction - block action. Same memes. Same architecture. Only the goal is not “buy”, but “don’t do.”
I looked at the student and for the first time I saw not “a person who lacks motivation”. I saw a neural network occupied by thought viruses.
My friend Ilya Novitsky and I - we are both used to analyzing any problem as an engineering problem - sat down at a table littered with sheets of student thought viruses. Hundreds of phrases. Hundreds of variations of the same cry: “I can’t because...”.
And we saw: all this infinity comes down to two axes.
Two axes create closed loop. Lack drives, faith sets the course. The endless race to eliminate scarcity within the framework of false beliefs.
And first I tried what everyone else does. Disassemble each thought virus one by one. I sat with a student and we “worked through” the belief “serious money is not earned honestly”. Laid out on shelves. Found roots in childhood. Counterexamples were given. The student nodded - “yes, logical, I understand”. And at that very second his eyes dimmed, his shoulders slouched, and he said: “But still... probably I’m just not given the opportunity to feel it differently.”
This Hydra effect. In place of one dismantled belief, five new, subtler, more disguised beliefs grow.. This is not a system bug. This is its main function. Memetic defense works exactly like this - when one element is threatened, the entire network is mobilized.
I realized: fighting every single thought virus is pointless. Psychotherapy to death. People spend years "working" instead of acting.. They dig instead of build.
Then I asked another question: Is there a single formula that neutralizes not just one virus, but the very principle on which they all rest?
If every virus sits on one of two axes, we need a phrase that turns both axes simultaneously.
“I have everything” - relieves insufficiency. If you have everything, everything that was “missing” automatically falls into this category.
“To believe in yourself” - wraps the vector of faith. Not in circumstances, not in the system, not in “the stars aligned”. Into yourself. Dot.
This is how the antivirus was born:
Antivirus worked. People calmed down - their shoulders dropped, their breathing deepened, their faces smoothed out.
But I looked at it and saw the problem. Antivirus remained just another meme. Another information pattern on top of the million already existing ones. I was simply laying a layer of "right" on top of layers of "wrong". Under one positive layer, dozens of negative ones continued to work - just a little quieter. It's like sticking a flower in a cow pat.
For an antivirus to work constantly, you need to repeat it throughout your life. This is not a solution. This is a disguise.
And then I asked the next question. So simple that at first I didn’t believe it.
What if there are no memes in your head at all?? Nothing at all?
Not “right thoughts instead of wrong thoughts”. Not “good beliefs instead of bad ones”. A - empty. Purely. Quiet. If not a single thought is scrolling through your head, there is no environment in which thought viruses can exist.. No internal dialogue - no substrate for viruses.
The problem is not the content of thoughts. The problem is in the thinking process itself, which does not turn off. The solution is not to replace one thought with another, but to find a way to stop the generator entirely.
The number of memes in your head should not be increased, but reduce. To zero.
And then I looked at my antivirus phrase with different eyes. Not like content that needs to be strengthened. How about object to be compressed.
I started taking away the words. One after another. Observing what happens to consciousness at every step:
And at the moment when “I” shrank to one letter and this letter disappeared, the entrance to pure presence without content opened.
This is the method that you will now go through.
When you say “I have everything to believe in myself”:
When you get to "I have everything":
When you get to "I am everything":
When you go to "I am":
When you go to "I am everything":
When you go to “All I am”:
When you get to "I":
This is where the fun begins.
The first 20-30 seconds - the word indicates something else. Recursion. Loop. A snake biting its own tail.
After 30–40 seconds - semantic richness. Neural adaptation: the brain gets used to the stimulus and stops processing it. "I" becomes an empty sound. Vibration not tied to anything. There was a pronoun - it became an acoustic event. The prefrontal cortex loses control over its habitual interpretation of the self.
But along with the meaning of the word, what it pointed to also disappears.. Because “I” is the only meme that holds all the others together. Root directory. When “I” as a concept dissolves into empty sound, the entire file system begins to collapse. Not file by file. The whole thing.
And when we remove “I”, a characteristic pattern is visible on the EEG:
This is not a metaphor. This is a specific measurable condition. He has electric markers. There are reproducible entry conditions. And - most importantly - after the first mastery login takes seconds, not years of practice.
What should be nearby:
Escort. I'm taking you through time. I hear you and I see you. If you stand incorrectly, speak incorrectly, go to the side - I will tell you. But you speak and live everything yourself. I just keep space and timing.
Don't expect anything. No expectations of what's going to happen. What happens will happen. Don't try to "meditate", don't try to "get into a state". Just follow the words.
Three physiological keys for the entire practice:
I will explain in advance so that during practice you will know what to do.
After you go through all the phrases and reach the repetition of “I” - the eyes are already closed, the body is already able - there will be the next step.
Step 1. Visualization.
Imagine a large block letter in front of you Я. Clear. Black on a light background or glowing in the dark - whichever is more convenient. This letter is a symbol, the personification of your mental “I”. Sign. Icon. For the brain, a symbol is the best anchor to understand what is being said. Keep your focus on her. While you repeat “I”, the letter stands in front of you. Doesn't blur, doesn't float.
Step 2. Unloading by age.
I will give commands, and for each command you will “throw” the corresponding layer of representations into this letter. Like files that fly out of your head and go into the Self.
Remember what I said at the beginning - about how the deviation monitor is formed. Each age is a separate layer of memes, a separate layer of construction. We will disassemble this structure layer by layer.
By the end of unloading - your entire personality is collected in this symbol in front of you. All the layers accumulated over decades. All deviation monitors. All monolithic dead pixel.
Step 3. “Annihilate” command.
At this moment I will say: “We will annihilate.”
Your job is to take everything you see in front of you.. The letter I and all the space around it. ANDsqueeze to a point. This is the Big Crunch I talked about at the beginning.. Don't throw away, don't push out - squeeze. The entire mental universe collapses into one point.
Squeeze - the letter decreases. Space is shrinking. The dot is getting smaller. And - disappears.
At the moment the point disappears - stop saying “I”. At all. Not out loud, not inside. Full stop.
And - turn all your attention to frontal part, between the eyebrows.
The DMN is completely disabled. The mind loses its last support - there is no longer a subject who could continue the internal dialogue.
The internal dialogue is not getting quieter. Doesn't slow down. Doesn't fade into the background. It stops. Like a relay switched in the brain stem.
And silence appears. But not the silence you know. Not "quiet in the room". Not “peace of mind”. Another silence. Silence that you have never experienced in your entire adult life - because from the moment you learned to speak, the inner voice has not been silent for a second. Even in sleep, the DMN continued to work, spinning dreams.
And now - nothing.
The body is standing. Eyes closed. Perception increases: pulse in the wrists, warmth of the air on the skin, distant sounds, pressure of the floor underfoot. Everything is bright, voluminous, almost painfully present.
But no one to say “I feel it”. No voice to comment. There is no authority that evaluates. There is no observer who looks at himself from the outside. Perception occurs - but without a perceiver. Like a mirror in which the room is reflected, but the mirror does not know that it is a mirror.
This is it Nothing.
Not "nothing" like absence. Aspace for all forms. Screen to image. That state that existed in every child before the first words and the first memes came.
Time loses its meaning. There is no "before" and "after". There is only - now.
And in this “now” you don’t need anything. Not “you decided that you don’t need anything” - there are no thoughts. A state of complete completion.
Not a single thought virus. Not because you defeated them. And because the environment in which they existed has disappeared. No internal dialogue - no substrate for viruses. Like a fire that cannot be extinguished with water, but oxygen can be removed.
You will remain in this state for 2–3 minutes, maybe more.. I won't say anything. Any word at this point returns DMN. I'm just holding space.
Right here, in this very session, I will teach you how to enter this state in 2–3 seconds - without all phrases, without visualization. Just an internal team.
This works in two modes:
It is important to understand here: before research in recent decades, it was believed that only Tibetan monks could maintain the alpha rhythm with their eyes open after many years of practice. Now is a skill that can be learned in one session. Not because you became a monk. And because you went through it once complete DMN collapse and now you have an anchor in your nervous system - the understanding that this is even possible.
This skill is yours for life. You can return to it at any time: in stress, before an important decision, in conflict, before going to bed, in the morning.. 2-3 seconds - and you are in a clean state without internal noise.
Active Presence is what it is gapwhich I talked about at the very beginning. The space between stimulus and response. Something that appeared to a hominid seventy thousand years ago as an evolutionary gift - but was occupied by memes. You regain access to this gap in its purest form.
We're in no hurry. A few deep breaths. We move our fingers. We don't grab the phone. We don't talk.
Immediately - fixation of phenomenology. By voice recorder or text. What happened? What sensations in the body? What images? What was the main thing? What's left? This needs to be done to before you start discussing with someone. Someone else's interpretation will instantly erase yours.
AND - definitely a walk. Minimum 30–40 minutes. No phone, no music. Just walk and watch how perceptions change. This is part of the protocol - securing state in motion and in the open world. The walk is Active Presence's first encounter with reality.. With trees, cars, people, light. What is perceived after the session without internal commentary becomes part of your new basic perception.
When you return, we will get together and exchange feedback: how the walk went, was it possible to manage the state, what changed in perception, how it was integrated.
Remember three keys: tongue relaxed, belly breathing, attention in the frontal part.
Remember the principle: no expectations. What will happen will happen.
Remember the result: after this practice you will have internal dialogue management skills, which activates in 2–3 seconds. This is your first ONTO NOTHING.
Sound signal at every crossing. The screen doesn't turn off. You can skip, come back, pause.
