Course logic: all theory and packaging are delivered in the first 3 weeks (phases 1–3) — so by mid-course you already know the methodology, launched enrollment and are running the cohort. Phases 4–6 are pure practice: data, content, sales lecture.

The methodology the whole program is built around.

Why measure at all. What a measurement is and why the before → during → after scheme. Three layers of data:

Subjective

Phenomenological

what a person really experiences — reflection

Why triangulation (intersection of three layers) = proof, not a review. What counts as real change: MCID (clinically meaningful change, e.g. −4 points on GAD-7) and RCI (reliable change index). This removes the fear "what if it's placebo."

Methodology: how the research itself is built

The course rests on a reproducible design. You don't "collect reviews" — you build a study that survives scrutiny.

N-of-1 design

one participant as their own controlled study: baseline → intervention → repeat measurement. Many such cases = the method's evidence base.

Protocol and white paper

you formulate the protocol (why, on whom, which instruments, which measurement points) and shape it as a method description — the basis of a future white paper.

Pre-registration

hypothesis is fixed BEFORE data is obtained (OSF). This removes "fitting to the result" and gives scientific priority.

Measurement points

before → during → after scheme, with validity-threat control (placebo, expectation effect, seasonality).

Sample and ethics

recruitment rules, informed consent, NDA, anonymization — all within the law (see Module 7).

Analysis and conclusion

MCID / RCI, layer triangulation, master↔student dashboard. Conclusion: "worked / didn't work / for whom" — not "I felt like it."

Methodology result: by the end of the course you have a white paper of your method — fixed, verifiable, ready for publication and to become the basis of your positioning.

Validity, Cronbach's alpha, normative samples, thresholds. GAD-7 (91%), PHQ-9 (up to 93%), PSS-10, HAKEMP-90, ISI, MAAS, ATQ-30. Why science trusts them: ICD-10 / DSM-5, Russian Ministry of Health.

Module 2

Science of wearables

HRV, resting pulse, sleep, recovery, ECG. Garmin / Whoop / Oura / Apple Watch. "Stress delta" PSS-10 vs HRV. 15 tracker metrics as triggers.

Module 3

Science of brain + Neurobend

Neiry EEG: alpha/theta, relaxation index, NSI / MNPI. Cases: Victor Zhuravkov — ×2.36, bio-ritual −49%. Neurobend as a paid module on EEG base.

Module 4
