Cycle 2 of 6 · core

Neuroplasticity

“I change what is written down”. Theta modes, memory reconsolidation, working with patterns and imprints. The baseline changes - not just the ability to enter the state.

40 days · opens after a pause of 3–4 weeks · only under an EEG tracker.

Days 1–4Return and calibration
What: checking the safety of the skill from cycle 1, analyzing the pause, taking the baseline of cycle 2. If the skill does not hold up without a leader, we get to cycle 1, but do not enter the second.
Days 5–9Theta: Physiology and Admission
What: memory reconsolidation, plasticity windows, contraindications. Mandatory EEG tracker for all sessions. Without a tracker, participation is impossible—responsibility cannot be transferred to words.
Days 10–19Deep body and imprints
What: return to body with long holds. Removing imprints not through effort, but through time. Here the body becomes an input into rewriting rather than simply an object of attention.
Days 20–24TFS · transcendence
What: a state where consciousness goes beyond the usual. Altered state with feedback - insight, action, thought. Only under the tracker.
Days 25–36ATS - working with patterns
What: pattern reactivation → theta → rewrite. One pattern per session, not all at once. 12 days instead of three - reconsolidation is a series of narrow windows, not a single event.
Days 37–40Closing
What: retest, comparison with cycle 1 baseline. The main indicator is ΔMNPI, shift in neurodynamic plasticity.
Honestly: second cycle feels slower than first. The first one gives a jump - bright, because for the first time you got into the state. The second gives a shift - more valuable, but less noticeable. The leap is felt, the shift is measured. That's why the devices are here.
