Program for scientific verification of state-changing practices and methods

Explore the effect of your practice by measuring changes in state and verifying the result

🔬 Scientific research ◎ 10,000 participants 🌍 World standard

For the first time, it was possible to see what had previously remained invisible.

How does practice actually work within a person?. What happens in his brain and body during a session. Do biometric indicators change after the course - and how much?. How quickly a person enters the desired state, how deeply he immerses, how long he retains it, when life presses on him from all sides.

Until now, practitioners did not have a tool that could show this. There was personal experience, there were customer reviews, there was an inner feeling that the method works. Now it can be measured.

We conduct research for practitioners and craftsmen who want to see the effect of their work in data - and based on this data, strengthen their method.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

For those who work with the human condition and want to speak the language of results

If you conduct practices, sessions or programs, you have probably noticed: the client leaves inspired, says that something important has changed, and you believe him. But a month later he returns about the same as he came. Or doesn't come back at all. And you don’t know what exactly happened and why it didn’t stick.

It's not a question of the quality of your work. It's a matter of not having a tool to show this.

No language Practitioner Psychologist Biohacker Methodologist

Practitioner or Master

You teach classes - yoga, meditation, breathing practices, body work. You see how people change. But you don’t have a way to show this to a new client who comes with skepticism and asks: how will I understand that this will help me?

Psychologist or coach

You work with the state through conversation, through methodology, through tools. Do you know your approach works?. But the market is designed in such a way that the client chooses based on reviews and charisma, and not on measurable results. You are competing where you don't want to compete.

Researcher or biohacker

You're already tracking data - HRV, sleep, recovery metrics. Do you know that behind every condition there is physiology?. And you are wondering what exactly happens in the brain and body during the practices that you apply or study.

Studio owner or methodologist

You are building a system - a program, a course, a format. It is important for you to understand what really works in your system, what to strengthen, and what to remove.. Participant status data is feedback you don't have yet.

You all have one thing in common: you are working with something real - a change in the human condition - but you do not have a common language to describe this change. Language that would be understandable to both the client, the colleague, and the skeptic. This program builds such a language.

MARKET PROBLEM

The practice market operates on trust. Not on data.

The wealth management industry is huge.. Meditation, breathing, yoga, bodywork, psychology, coaching - billions of people are looking for a way to feel better, work more clearly, recover faster.. And many find it - they come to you, to those who really know how to work with the condition.

But there's one thing this industry hasn't solved. She hasn't learned how to prove results.

reviews and marketing without measurements Practitioner the method works ? the client doesn't know what to choose Client rollback in a month

no data - the gap is invisible

All the practitioner has on hand is reviews. The client says it has gotten better. The client says that life has changed. It's valuable, and it's true - but it's not proof you can present to a skeptic, a new client, or a partner.. This is not data from which one can understand what exactly worked and why.

As a result, the market does not compete with methods - it competes with marketing. The winner is the one who is more beautifully packaged, who speaks louder, who has collected more subscribers.. A true master with a deep methodology loses to someone who has a better sales funnel. This is unfair - and it is harmful to the entire market, because customers cannot distinguish one from the other.

When there are no measurements, there is no feedback. The practitioner does not know what exactly in his method gives results and what does not. Doesn't know for whom his approach works best. The method is not developed - it is simply reproduced.

There is an effect - but it cannot be shown

Changes happen - but are not recorded

The method works - but it is not known what exactly works in it

The client leaves inspired - and rolls back in a month

The market chooses by packaging - not by results

The development of the method proceeds blindly - without feedback data

This is not a weakness of a particular practitioner. This is a systemic problem for the entire market.. There was no tool that could solve this. Still.

HOW TO VERIFY THE METHOD?

What needs to be measured to understand whether the practice is working?

Before talking about tools, you need to understand the issue. What does “the method works” actually mean?? The client says that it has become better - this is one answer. But on a deeper level, a method that works must produce measurable changes in three things: the way the brain works, the way the body reacts, and the way the person describes their condition.. When all three coincide, it is not a subjective feeling. This is verification.

Neurophysiology

What happens in the brain - EEG patterns, frequencies, transitions between states

+

Physiology of the body

What's happening in the body - HRV, stress index, recovery, sleep

+

Phenomenology

How a person describes his condition - language, bodily descriptors, depth of introspection

=
RESULT

Status verification

When all three levels coincide, this is not a feeling. This is data.

The first level is the brain

EEG shows what frequency the brain is working at right now. Alpha - relaxed presence. Theta - deep immersion, the border of sleep and wakefulness. Beta - active thinking, often anxious. If after your practice alpha increases and beta decreases, this can be seen on the screen. Not according to the client. On the waves.

Second level - body

HRV - heart rate variability - is one of the most accurate indicators of the state of the nervous system.. High HRV indicates recovery and resource. Low - about stress and exhaustion. If your practice really restores, the body will show it in numbers. Not immediately, but over the course of several weeks this becomes obvious.

Third level - language

A person who has actually entered a state talks about it differently - he describes sensations in the body, and not abstract concepts. He speaks slower. His language changes. This too can be analyzed - and this is an important part of the full picture, because the brain and body can show the desired patterns, but if the language has not changed, then the change has not been integrated.

Synchronization
EEG shows alpha
HRV is growing
Body language
Status verified
Desync
EEG shows alpha
HRV does not change
Abstract language
The change was not integrated
Desync is not a bug. This is information. It shows exactly where the method needs to be strengthened.

This is why it is not enough to measure only one data stream. One EEG without physiology is half the picture. Physiology without language is the other half. Full verification requires all three levels simultaneously. And this is exactly how the metric we use in this study works.

RESEARCH METRICS

MNPI - the first tool to measure voluntary neuroplasticity

When we realized that we needed to measure three levels at the same time, the next question arose: how to combine this into one understandable indicator? Not three separate graphs that need to be interpreted simultaneously, but a single index that shows dynamics.

This is how MNPI - Multidimensional Neuroplasticity Index appeared. Multidimensional Neuroplasticity Index. This is a proprietary metric developed as part of this research.. Its goal is to measure not a state in the moment, but a person’s ability to intentionally move between states and maintain them. This is precisely what voluntary neuroplasticity is - something that is actually trained through practice.

SI
Switching Index
30% weight

Speed and accuracy of intentional transition from one state to another. Measured in seconds from the moment of intention to the change in the EEG pattern. The faster the brain reacts to a conscious decision, the higher the SI.

Trains: any practice with intentional entry into a state
DI
Depth Index
35% weight

The depth of the achieved state relative to personal point A. This is not an absolute number - it is a deviation from your own baseline. Therefore, two different people are incomparable, but each is visible in dynamics.

Trains: deepening and immersion practices
RI
Resilience Index
20% weight

The ability to maintain a state under real load and return to it after a disturbance. This is practical neuroplasticity - not in the silence of the office, but when life is pressing.

Trains: practices for sustainability and integration
PI
Phenomenology Index
15% weight

Correspondence of the language of the narrative to the state of the brain. Analyzed via AI based on voice recordings after the session. If the EEG shows a deep state, but the language remains abstract, PI records desynchronization.

Trains: practices for awareness and integration of experience

DI gets the most weight - 35% - because the depth of the state is the most difficult to achieve and the most difficult to maintain. A person can learn to switch quickly, but going really deep is a different skill. SI is next - 30% - because switching speed is something that is of practical importance in real life. RI and PI complete the picture: sustainability and language are the verification that change is real and not superficial.

It is important to understand: MNPI does not compare people with each other.. He compares each person with himself in time. An indicator's growth is always an increase relative to your own point A.

MNPI is not a finished product. This is a research tool that we are validating right now on a sample of 120–150 participants. The more data, the more accurate the model. That is why participation in this study is important not only for you personally, but also for the entire practice market.

THE PROBLEM OF STATE LANGUAGE

For thousands of years people have been describing the same thing - in different words.

There is a state that is familiar to almost every practitioner and every practitioner. It is called differently depending on the tradition, school and language. In Buddhist meditation this is samadhi or shunyata - emptiness.. In Taoism this is wu wei - non-action.. In Christian mysticism this is kenosis - emptying. In modern psychology this is flow - a state of flow. In neuroscience, this is the deactivation of the Default Mode Network.

The yogi will say - I am entering nirvichara samadhi. The psychologist will say - the client has had an insight. A breathing practitioner will say - a person has reached a resource. The coach will say that he is in a state of flow. The meditator will say - I was in silence.

They're talking about the same thing. But due to the fact that the language is different, it is impossible to compare, impossible to measure, impossible to convey accurately.

One neurophysiological state - fifteen names. None of them talk about how to measure it.

This creates several problems at the same time. First - practitioners from different traditions cannot speak the same language to each other. Everyone is convinced that their term more accurately describes the essence, and is right in their own way - but there is no general standard. Second — the client cannot compare the methods with each other, because they describe similar effects in completely different language. Third - the researcher cannot construct a comparative study because there is no unit of measurement.

Neurophysiology has long found the answer to this question.. All of these states have measurable electrical patterns. Samadhi, flow, silence, emptiness - when a person actually enters any of these states, the same thing happens on the EEG: alpha rises, beta falls, DMN activity decreases. It's reproducible. It's measurable. It's verifiable.

The problem is not that states do not exist. The problem is that they did not have a common language - the language of data.

Before entering the state
DMN active Beta dominant Inner monologue
After entering the state
DMN deactivated Alpha is dominant Silence
Samadhi, flow, emptiness, Nothing - this is the same transition on the EEG. Now it can be fixed.

That is why the next step in this research is not just to measure states, but to create a general map. A map on which different practices of different traditions will appear on the same coordinate system. Where a yogi and a psychologist and a breathing practitioner can compare their results - not because they are doing the same thing, but because their methods produce measurable changes in the same neurophysiological system.

THE MAIN PROBLEM OF YOUR CLIENTS

Your method works. But the client can't receive it

Every practitioner who is honest with himself knows this feeling.. You give a tool, but the person cannot use it. Not because the tool is bad. Because the person is not in a state to accept it.

He came home from work. Head full of tasks. The body is clamped. Thoughts are racing. You start the session - and he’s still there, in his day. You lead him to relax - but he can’t stop. You give a recommendation - and he hears it with his mind, but does not feel it with his body. And a week later he says: I tried, but it didn’t work.

unfinished tasks what will others think I don't have time I should have said it differently deadline tomorrow why am I like this money relationship why am I here I can't relax same thing again when will it end
Typical state of a client at the beginning of a session
DMN is overactive. The brain is busy with itself - not with your practice.

The client can't stop

You ask him to focus on breathing - and he thinks about the conversation he had in the morning. You ask to feel the body - and he analyzes why he cannot feel the body. The internal dialogue continues over any instruction.

Recommendations are not being implemented

The client understood everything during the session. Nodded, agreed, felt. Came a week later - did nothing. Not because I didn't want to. Because I left the office - and DMN returned everything to its place. The condition did not persist.

The result is unpredictable

The same person in the same practice shows different results. Sometimes deep, sometimes superficial. You don’t know why - because you don’t see in what state it arrived and how deep it went.

What if your client could stop the internal dialogue at his own discretion - before your session began?
And what if you could see it—in the data?

Functional states are those that give real results

There are states of the brain in which a person is capable of things that he would not normally be able to do.. Deep recovery - when the body actually regenerates, and does not just lie motionless. Body wisdom - when decisions come from sensations, and not from anxious analysis. Creative flow - when ideas appear on their own, without effort. Deep transformation is when the old pattern is actually rewritten, and not just realized.

These are not metaphors. Each of these conditions has a measurable neurophysiological profile. And each of them becomes more accessible when a person knows how to first stop the background noise.

Seven modes - map of functional states

In the study we work with seven verified conditions. Each is a real neurophysiological profile with measurable markers.

DMN
Where we leave · default mode · 70–80% of the time
Pure Nothing
Stop dialogue · blank screen · entry point to everything else
Visceral Mind
Mind of the body · somatic intelligence · navigation through sensations

Active Presence
Silence with open eyes · alpha during external activity
Embodied Flow
Action from the body · without inner critic · flow

Your method already works with some of these states. The study will show which ones - and how deeply.

This is why ONTO NOTHING in this program is not an alternative to your method. This is a tool that helps your client come to your session prepared. With DMN deactivated. With open attention. In a state in which your practice works at the depth to which you created it.

RHYTHM IS THE BASIS OF EVERYTHING

Modes of consciousness are not exercises. These are rhythms.

When we talk about the seven modes, it's easy to think of it as a set of techniques.. Learned how to enter Pure Nothing - good. Mastered Quantum Genesis - excellent. But this is a wrong understanding, which leads to the same result as without any system: a person practices, gains experience, and after a month everything returns to its place.

Modes are not techniques. These are the rhythms of the brain. And like any rhythm, they exist not in individual moments of practice, but in the continuous flow of life. The only time your heart doesn't beat is when you think about the heartbeat.. The only time your brain doesn't work in alpha is when you're on a meditation mat.

The whole difference between a person who has changed and a person who simply took the course is whether these rhythms have become part of his normal life. Or they remained a separate practice at a separate time.

← Time · parallel rhythms of different scales
Heart rate ultradian seconds
EEG brain rhythms minutes
Circadian rhythm 24 hours sleep and wakefulness
Weekly cycle energy and recovery
Annual cycle seasons · natural rhythms
Everything has rhythm. At the planet, at the body, at the brain. The only question is whether a person lives in accordance with these rhythms or against them.

Biology has known this for a long time. Circadian rhythms - the daily cycles of sleep and wakefulness - control hormonal levels, body temperature, immunity and learning ability. When a person works against his circadian rhythm - goes to bed at three in the morning, gets up with an alarm clock, drinks coffee instead of sleep - his brain is physically incapable of deep neuroplasticity. Whatever practice you give him.

Infradian rhythms - longer cycles - govern recovery, hormonal waves, seasonal energy changes. Metabolism slows down in winter, more recovery is needed. In spring, energy increases, this is the time for intensive work. These cycles exist whether a person knows about them or not.. But when he begins to see them, he stops fighting with himself.

And there is a third level - the internal rhythms of a particular person. His personal chronotype. His individual recovery and recovery cycles. His energy patterns over the course of a week. These rhythms are unique - and that's why tracker data is so important. They show not the average person, but this particular one.

When all three levels are synchronized, the practice works in full force.
When they are out of sync, no technique will help.
Next level

This is where the Rhythms of Life system begins

Natalie Morozova built her system around this understanding. Not as a set of planning tools - but as a way to bring a person into sync with his own rhythms. On all three levels simultaneously. And this is why Rhythms of Life became the fourth data stream in MNPI - because the context of life explains everything that happens in the brain.

System Rhythms of Life →
RHYTHM OF LIFE SYSTEM

Methodology for returning a person to himself - and integrating states into life

Natalia Morozova · creator of the Rhythms of Life system

Most planning and self-development systems work from the outside in.. They give a person a structure - goals, tasks, habits - and assume that if you follow the structure with enough discipline, the internal state will change on its own. Sometimes it works. More often - no. Because a structure without contact with itself is just another source of tension.

The rhythms of Life are arranged differently. The system moves from inside to outside. First - contact with yourself, with the Core, with what exists before all roles and tasks. And only from this point - unfolding into life. Into the spheres. During. In action.

These are three levels - and each next one is built on the previous one.

Level one

Who am I - before all the roles

The center of the system is not the airframe or the technology. Human. Its Core. What remains when all roles, all expectations, all tasks are removed. In the Rhythms of Life system, this is called the true Self - and this is not an abstraction, but a specific point of reference. Point A.

The system describes the seven Worlds as layers around this Core. Each World is a level of reality in which a person exists simultaneously. And each World has its own way of design and implementation.

01
World of Spirit
I am · I am
Space of meanings and intentions. A vector of plans that will unfold in matter.
02
Soul World
I wish · I wish
Space of energy, desires and goals. Creating an image of the result.
03
World of Mind
I can · I manifest
The space of beliefs, neural connections and logic of actions.
04
World of Matter and Body
I have · I have
Space of action and manifestation in all spheres of life.
05
World of Laws
I allow · I allow
The space of rules and boundaries - internal and external.
06
World of Awareness
I think · I analyze
Space for reflection, feedback and integration of experience.
07
World of Clarity
I know · I know · I feel
Unity at all levels. Claircognizance and Clairsentience.
True Self · Core · Point A

Quantum transitions between Worlds are what happens when a person loses himself and returns to himself. When he is stuck in the World of Mind - in endless analysis - and cannot feel the body. When he lives only in the World of Matter - in actions and results - and has lost contact with meanings.

Connection with MNPI: Point A in the index is a multidimensional portrait of a person through all seven Worlds at the same time. EEG shows what is happening in the brain. The Rhythms of Life show in which World his attention lives. Together - the complete picture.

Level two

How the Core unfolds into life

The core is the center. But life unfolds in the outside world. In eight areas. And the task of the system is to help a person not lose himself while moving outward. Hold axis. Stay in touch with the Core - even when life requires action, communication, decisions.

The principle of management from the center is not about control. It's about focus. When a person focuses on grades and tasks, he loses his axis. When he focuses on feelings and values, he holds it. The difference between these two modes is measurable - this is exactly what RI captures in MNPI.

The path that the system builds: Point A - where am I now. Point B - where am I going. G-spot - a big goal that sets the direction for everything.

Connection with the predictive model: the eight spheres are the basis for understanding the context of life. When tracker data shows exhaustion, the system helps to see in which area a person is overloaded. When the EEG shows a difficult entry into a state, the glider data explains why.

Level three

Living in sync with nature's cycles

Third level - time. Man does not exist outside of time. And its biorhythms - physiological, psychological, energetic - are synchronized with natural cycles much deeper than is commonly thought. The Rhythms of Life system builds planning based on an understanding of what point in the natural cycle a person is at right now.

The four main points - solstices and equinoxes - are milestones of reflection and recapitulation. At these moments, the system suggests stopping and asking yourself questions: where am I, where am I going, what do I need to let go of, what should I take with me?. This is not a ritual or esotericism - it is a structured reflection tied to natural points of cycle change.

The daily planner works on the same principle but on a daily scale. Every morning - six questions that bring a person back to himself before he enters the stream of tasks.

01 What is the image and mood of my day?
02 What do I need to do - in all areas of my life?
03 What can I do on my own?
04 What can I assign or ask others to do??
05 What belief do I need to work on today??
06 What new habit to include on this day??
This is not a task list. This is a daily return to yourself - before you start acting.

The Rhythms of Life Planner is the fourth MNPI data stream. Daily notes on areas, status notes, sleep quality, energy level - all this accumulates and creates the context of life. Without this context, EEG and tracker data are numbers without explanation. With him, they become a map.

“Tune your rhythm of life to a wave of harmony, love and abundance.”
Natalia Morozova
The three levels of the system - Core, Spheres, Rhythms - are not separate tools. This is a single person card. And it is this map that becomes the basis for the predictive model. When we know who this person is in his depth, how his attention unfolds in life and what natural cycle he is in, we can predict his condition. See when he is ready for deep work and when he needs recovery.
PREDICTIVE MODEL

When data accumulates, something more than a measurement emerges

So far we have talked about measuring states in the moment. EEG shows what is happening now. The tracker shows how the body is recovering. The planner shows the context of life. Voice narrative shows how a person describes his condition.

But when all these flows accumulate over months, a qualitative leap occurs. The system stops simply recording and begins to predict. Not in the sense of fortune-telling - but in the sense of statistical patterns that become visible only over a long horizon of data.

This is the predictive model. And this is one of the most important topics of the next decade in personal medicine and neuroscience.

Why is this a topic for the future?

The world's largest IT companies - Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung - have been moving towards the same thing for several years now: creating systems that track a person's health and condition from multiple data sources and, based on this, provide personalized recommendations.. Apple Watch measures ECG. Oura Ring builds a readiness index. Whoop provides recovery-based workout recommendations.

But all these systems work only with the physiology of the body. None of them integrate brain data, language data, and life context data into one model. It is this gap that the MNPI track closes. The four streams of data—neurophysiology, body physiology, phenomenology, and context of life—are a fundamentally different level of human understanding.

What you see after six months of data

Window of growth
When HRV is consistently high for five or more days in a row, sleep quality is good and EEG sessions show rapid transitions - this is the moment for in-depth work. The brain is in maximum plasticity mode.
Recovery signal
When HRV drops for three or more days in a row, sleep has worsened, accumulated fatigue is growing - the system signals: do not start intensive practices, do not force new cycles.
Personal cycles
Each person has their own physiological rhythms. After six months, they become visible: when the decline occurs, at what time of day the brain is most plastic, which events have the most impact.
Mind-body gap
When the glider shows high activity, and physiology indicates exhaustion - a red flag. A person lives in his head, disconnected from his body. The MNPI track records this gap before the person feels it.

What does this give to the practice and its clients?

Imagine that you know - before the client comes to the session - what physiological state he is in. His HRV in the morning. The quality of his sleep the last three nights. His level of accumulated fatigue. And based on this, you can not just conduct a standard session, but adapt it to the person’s real state right now.

This is not fantasy. This is what becomes possible when data is accumulated long enough for the system to learn to recognize the patterns of a particular person.

For research, this means the following: we will be able not only to compare states before and after practice, but also to understand under what conditions of a person’s life the practice works best. This is a deep verification of the method - not just whether it shows the result, but under what conditions and for whom it shows the result.

That is why this study is designed for a year - and not for one measurement. One-time measurement gives point A. It's valuable. But real understanding begins when dynamics appear. When you can see not where a person is now, but where he is moving, at what speed and what influences it.

Five indicators that matter most

How raw data is translated into a state management language
Alpha Gravity Dive depth
Alpha rhythm dominance. In practice, it means successfully exiting the DMN into a state of clear, calm observation. It grows when the client has really entered into a state - and does not just lie with his eyes closed.
Theta · Access to the unconscious
Marker of deep trance states, intuitive insights, deep meditation. Growing in Quantum Genesis. If your practice works with deep patterns, this is where you can see if this is happening.
Concentration Index · Focus retention
Ability to direct attention to one object. Shows how much practice improves active focus skills. Important for breathing practices, meditation with an object, conscious movement.
Relaxation Index · Neurophysiological rest
Composite nervous system rest index. Shows how effectively the method relieves mental stress. One of the main indicators for verifying restoration practices.
Stress Index Nervous system condition
Stress level based on HRV. Proves that the practice calms the body on a somatic level - not only on the level of subjective sensation. Before and after the session is the most revealing comparison.
These five metrics quantify “I feel” into objective microvolts and milliseconds.
During the session
  • Live wave dashboard
  • Electrode signal quality
  • Current values of all indexes
  • Event tagging during recording
  • Export CSV with timestamps
What happens to the data
  • Data is stored on Neiry servers
  • Export to CSV - analyze it yourself
  • Synchronization with MNPI track
  • iOS and Android
Neiry technology allows for the first time to see changes in condition objectively. A tool that turns “I feel” into “I see”.
Why Neiry is your first purchase
Because it is the neuroband that shows your practice here and now - at the moment of the session, at the moment of transition, at the moment when the client enters the state or does not enter. This is data about the most important thing - about what happens in the brain during work.. Everything else - tracker, planner, narrative - is context. But without a brain, the context is incomplete.
First stage of the study

Point A - seven sessions that create your map

Everything we described before - modes, MNPI, predictive model, two gadgets - this is theory and tools. Now let's talk about what it looks like in practice. What exactly happens when you enter a study.

The first stage is called Point A. This is the starting point - the baseline from which all further growth will be calculated. Seven structured sessions, each thirty minutes to an hour. Neuroband on the head, tracker on the wrist, voice recorder nearby. And an audio program that guides you through the process.

It is important to understand: you go through this path yourself - not as a researcher observing from the outside, but as a participant. Because only after going through it personally, you can then guide your clients through it. A shoemaker must wear boots.

Final session. Data collection. Voice narrative in all areas of life. Basis for the Book.
~60 min
One week · ~7 hours of pure time · neuroband + tracker + voice recorder

Structure of one session

// Phase 01
Narrative
The audio program guides you through scenes of life. You speak out loud - into a recorder. The brain works in the DMN and begins to warm up.
EEG: active beta, DMN
// Phase 02
Switching
Stopping internal dialogue. Entering Target Mode. Silence. This is the heart of every session - this is where the main things happen.
EEG: alpha or theta increasing
// Phase 03
Return and consolidation
Exit from state. Voice narrative about the experience. Here PI is formed - the phenomenological index.
EEG: fixation of transition
Three phases are repeated in each of the seven sessions. But the content of the narrative and the target mode are different. This is how a complete neuroprofile is collected.

Based on the results of seven sessions

MNPI profile

Preparing for Stage 2
Have you seen how data is collected from the inside?. Do you know the protocol?. We are ready to guide our clients through it.
The most important thing that happens in the first stage is not the data you receive.. This is an understanding of how this data is collected.
You go through the protocol on yourself. You feel every transition. See on the screen how your brain changes. Hear your own voice narrative after the condition. And you understand from the inside what it means to be a participant in this study.

That is why you can then guide your clients through this - not as an instructor who explains according to instructions, but as a person who knows this from his own experience.

How is it organized

Online · sessions are held remotely at a time convenient for you
Audio program · you receive a ready-made program that guides you through each session
One week All seven sessions are recommended to be completed within one week
Support · group meetings on weekends to review data and questions

After completing the first stage, the second begins - and here you take on the role of a researcher. With information about yourself. With an understanding of the protocol. With a skill that is verified. And with a map that shows where you started.

Second stage of the study

After Point A - you become a researcher

The first stage is immersion in yourself. You went through the protocol, received the data, saw how it works from the inside. The second stage is fundamentally different. Here you leave the role of a participant and enter the role of a researcher. Your method. Your clients. Your hypotheses. And the same tools are now in your hands.

Stage 1 Point A
You are a member
Self-immersion
  • Take the protocol for yourself
  • You receive an MNPI profile
  • See how data is collected
  • Mastering the skill of wealth management

Stage 2 Method Research
You are a researcher
Your data practice
  • Your clients go through the protocol
  • You collect their data
  • Testing your hypotheses
  • Verify your method
6–12 months

Three directions of the second stage

// 01
Verification of functional states
You walk clients through the protocol and see which of the seven modes your method activates. What mode does the person enter during your session?. How deep. How fast. This is a neurophysiological map of your practice.
// 02
Practice Calibration
Based on data from the first ten to fifteen clients, you begin to see patterns. To whom does your method give the greatest results?. Under what conditions. What works best in the protocol?. This is feedback you've never had before.
// 03
Creating a Predictive Model
After six months of data on a cohort of clients, the system begins to predict the result. You don't just see the average effect - you see for whom, under what circumstances, and how quickly your method works.
Ambassador Program First 50

If you have your own method, log in as an ambassador

An ambassador is a practitioner who has passed the first stage and is entering the second with his own research line. You're not just participating in someone else's research. You conduct yours - within the common infrastructure. With your clients, your hypotheses, your data.

Technology: Garmin

The body can't lie

While the brain records the state at the time of the session, the body stores the history of several weeks. Heart rate variability, sleep quality, stress levels are a long-term record of what's happening to you.. Garmin reads this history continuously, 24 hours a day.

One participant comes to session with HRV 68, recovered, slept 7:40, stressed 18. Another - with HRV 24, did not sleep well for three days, stress 72. Their practice will be different. Their result is also. Without this data, you only see what is happening now. With them, you understand why.

Scenario A - Resource
HRV (cf.. 7 days)68 ms
Last night's dream7h 40m / 94%
Stress level18 / 100
Body Battery before session82%
Breathing (night)14.2 bpm
The participant is resourceful. Practice will most likely pay off.. The brain is open to change.
Scenario B - Attrition
HRV (cf.. 7 days)24 ms
Last night's dream5h 10m / 61%
Stress level72 / 100
Body Battery before session23%
Breathing (night)18.7 bpm
The participant is exhausted. Practice works in defense, not in growth. The result will be different.
* data are conditional, to illustrate patterns
HRV
Heart rate variability is a major marker of nervous system recovery
Stress
Continuous assessment of physiological stress based on HRV analysis
Dream
Stages, quality, duration - the context of the next day’s state
Body Battery
Accumulated energy resource: from 0 to 100, decreases under load, increases during sleep
Breath
Resting respiratory rate is a sensitive indicator of physical and emotional stress
SpO2
Blood oxygen saturation - affects clarity of consciousness and the brain’s accessibility to changes

Why Garmin

There are dozens of wearable devices. We settled on Garmin for specific reasons - not marketing, but methodological.
Medical grade HRV precision. Garmin measures HRV optically throughout the night with accuracy comparable to chest-mounted ECG monitors. Most other devices give readings only in the morning and with a significantly larger error.
Body Battery as a single metric. The Body Battery algorithm combines HRV, stress, activity and sleep into one metric suitable for cross-session comparison without specific physiology knowledge.
Open API and compatibility. The Garmin Connect Health API allows us to pull data into our system, build correlations with EEG, and automatically include physiological context in the session map.
24/7 wearability without compromise. Garmin charges in 1-2 hours and lasts up to 14 days. The participant does not take it off even during meditation - this is critical for continuous tracking.
*We are not affiliated with Garmin. The choice is based solely on methodological compliance with the objectives of the study.

For the first time, practice receives a double foundation: what happens in the brain and what physiological state the body is in. Only the intersection of these two streams provides true verification of change.
Neiry reads the present. Garmin keeps history. Together they give MNPI.

Equipment collection procedure

First purchase
// Priority 01
Neiry Head
Neuroband for EEG measurements during a session. It is he who provides data on the state of the brain in real time. Pre-orders open with limited slots for program participants.
Second purchase

* If you already wear another tracker, check with us for compatibility before purchasing.

The body remembers everything. The brain lives in the present. The practice unfolds at the intersection of these two time horizons.

Garmin is not an add-on to research. This is the basis of context, without which EEG data remains a snapshot without a caption. We know what happened in the brain. Garmin explains why.

The future of the practice market

A market where the result wins - not marketing

Imagine the practice market in ten years. Not the one where the client chooses based on beautiful photos on Instagram and the number of reviews. And the one where every practitioner has verified data about what his method does to the client’s brain and body. Where the speed of change in biometric indicators - and not charisma and packaging - determines reputation.

This is not a utopia. This is where personalized medicine, neuroscience and the wellness industry are heading at the same time. And this is exactly what we are starting to build right now.

Today
  • The client chooses the practice based on reviews and subscribers
  • The master proves the result with words
  • The market competes with marketing
  • Shamanism and real expertise are indistinguishable
  • Rollback after a month is the norm
  • Methods are not developed - they are reproduced
Ten years from now
  • Rating of specialists by speed of biometric data change
  • Method verification is the standard of the profession
  • The market competes with results
  • Mystical experience combined with hard data
  • Changes are fixed because their physiology is visible
  • Methods grow based on data feedback

One of the most important effects of verification is market cleansing. When the result begins to be measured objectively, the space disappears for those who sell beautiful promises without content.. Not because they were banned - but because the data speaks for itself. The client sees: this practice improves the biometric indicators of clients in an average of eight weeks. The other one doesn't. The choice becomes simple.

At the same time, verification does not kill depth and does not devalue the mystical experience.. She legitimizes him. A practitioner who knows how to bring people into a state of deep transformation can now show this in data. Samadhi, flow, emptiness - all these are real neurophysiological events. And it is precisely those practices that know how to create them reproducibly that will receive confirmation that they never had.

This is not fantasy. This is what becomes possible when data is accumulated and standardized.. This is why we collect a sample of 10,000 people.

What changes for you when the market digitizes

01 Your method stops being words and becomes data — the client sees the result before he starts
02 Your reputation is built on what you can do - and not on how loudly you say it
03 Your method evolves because you see what works in it - and you reinforce exactly that
04 You are ranked in a new category — verified practices — which are just being formed
Mystical experience and hard data are not a contradiction

There is a fear that verification will kill depth. What if you measure everything - something elusive will disappear. This fear is understandable. But it is based on a false dichotomy.

Quantum physics did not kill the beauty of the universe - it deepened it. Neuroscience has not discounted meditation—it has shown that thousands of years of practice have led to real structural changes in the brain.. Data is no substitute for experience.. They give him tongue.

A practitioner who knows how to create a state of deep silence in a person is a master.. And now he can prove it. Not contrary to the data. Through them.
