Author's Note
What you hold in your hands is the result of a sixteen-year journey at the intersection of neuromarketing, neurophysiology, memetics, and hands-on work with the human mind. Every element of this system was studied separately, tested in real conditions, and verified by objective data. The hypothesis about the memetic nature of the internal dialogue — and the method for switching it off consciously — appears here in this complete form for the first time.
The value of this discovery — both as a theoretical breakthrough and a practical tool — is exceptionally high. That's exactly why there is a serious risk of distortion: attempts to drag a rigorous neurophysiological methodology into the realm of mysticism, esotericism, or «spiritual teaching». Any added phenomenology destroys what was calibrated on living nervous systems and confirmed by instruments.
As the author of this system, I'm asking you, urgently:
Read the book in full — from the first page to the last. The methodology unfolds in sequence; each chapter lays the foundation for the next. Pieces torn from context are not just useless — they can be dangerous.
Study the supporting materials on the official site before forming final conclusions. Current safety protocols, FAQ, and scientific data are critical to a proper understanding of the method.
Preserve the scientific cleanness of the approach. ONTO NOTHING is not a religion. Not a spiritual practice. Not a belief system. It's a reproducible neurophysiological technology for managing states of consciousness, based on EEG and HRV data and observable behavioural change. Any attempt to dress it up with esoteric symbolism, «energy channels», «initiations», or similar — distorts it and does harm.

The ONTO NOTHING method excludes the use of psychoactive substances. It is an educational programme — not a medical service or psychotherapy. The method does not replace treatment and is not grounds for independent discontinuation of prescribed medication. This book wouldn't exist if hundreds of people hadn't trusted me with their minds — and become the first researchers of the ONTO NOTHING method.
Over three years, more than 1,200 people have tried ONTO NOTHING in practice — either with me personally or with researchers who completed the full cycle and earned the right to run initiations by protocol. The results don't reproduce in one pair of hands — they reproduce in the system. That's the point: this isn't about the charisma of a single person. It's about a method that works regardless of who delivers it.
What we observe
In the overwhelming majority of participants — by our estimate, 98% — the internal dialogue stops on the first initiation. This is the subjective report of each one, backed by what the facilitators see in real time: changes in breath, posture, facial expression, vocal quality after the practice. And it reproduces across different facilitators, different groups, different cities, different formats.
The subsequent integration — four to eight weeks of daily use of the skill — locks it in at the level of automatic switching. Participants describe it the same way: «I don't need effort any more. The silence comes on by itself the moment I notice the noise.»
In parallel we launched a formal study with EEG verification. So far 50 people have gone through it — and it is continuing right now together with our technology partners:
- NEIRY MindTracker — a portable EEG headband: reads brain electrical activity in real time and turns it into metrics of attention, cognitive load, and relaxation. Our neurointerface partner.
- NEYROX — a wearable neurotracker covering 20+ indicators: ECG, heart rate variability, stress, blood pressure, glucose. Measurements every 3 minutes across five body systems, 24/7.
- LQ lab — a Russian developer of stress-scanning devices based on heart rate variability (HRV) analysis. Their LQ Mini and LQ Online scanners read 40+ markers of the autonomic nervous system and translate them into practical categories: emotional resilience, energy reserves, adaptation potential, burnout risk.
More publications are coming soon. Already now, EEG monitoring with Neiry MindTracker shows stable patterns: alpha rhythm 1.5–2.4× above baseline, sharp drop in beta during practice. Among participants using HRV trackers, we see 25–40% improvement in heart rate variability within the first months.
Scientific honesty
Important caveat: this is observational data, not a randomised controlled trial. We have tables, recordings, feedback — but not yet the formal structure that would let us call this evidence in the strict scientific sense. That's exactly why a global study with a full verification protocol is being run right now. Independent researchers, universities, and Neiry — a leader in consumer neurointerface technology — are already joining.
One of the goals of this research is to popularise a scientific approach to managing your own mind. We invite not only professional neuroscientists and physicians, but — first and foremost — people willing to become researchers of their own experience. People who want to see on instruments, with their own eyes, how brain rhythms can be shifted on purpose, switching dynamically from beta-storm to deep alpha dominance.
Science stops being something that happens «in a lab, somewhere». It starts with your own brain.
Personal thanks
Special thanks to my family — to my wife Yana for her patience, love, and support when this was still just a vague insight. To my friends: Ilya Novitsky, with whom we picked apart the «code» of thought-viruses over coffee like two engineers; Ivan Vlasov and Aleksandr Ivanov, whose sharp questions and personal experience became not anecdotes but a testing ground for every hypothesis. To my mother — who always believed in me and knew I would be a writer. To my brother Vova for his child's questions, to my uncle Ruslan for introducing me to memetics early on, to Viktor and Alyona, to Yegor, Valentina, Nurdaulet, and hundreds of other supporting people.
I also thank the Neiry team — without whom all this might have ended up as another esoteric dogma rather than a scientific discovery.

Our Time
January 2026. The moment replicators stopped needing us.
Right now, as you read these lines, a quiet revolution is unfolding on closed servers.
The first social network for AI agents. Artificial beings talking to one another without human participation. They make their own gods, invent languages we cannot read, write laws, and build apps — for each other.
We look at this with affection or horror: «Wow, look how far progress has come!»
The principle by which these digital entities operate today is identical to the principle by which the very first cell on Earth operated four billion years ago.
Both, then and now — replicators. Self-replicating patterns of information using whatever medium is available to make copies of themselves.
While a new form of mind is being born in digital networks, look at what is happening to humanity.

People are desperately searching for a way to stop the internal noise — to find themselves, clarity in the head, the feeling of being alive. They fly to the jungle for ayahuasca. They buy out shaman retreats. They swallow pills by the handful — just to switch off the radio in the head, even for an hour.
This is not a coincidence.
Intelligence
Social networks of AI agents. Their own languages, laws, gods. Information settling a new habitat — silicon and cloud compute.
Psyche
Antidepressants, anxiety, a desperate search for silence. The previous carrier of information sliding into systemic failure.
The triumph of artificial intelligence and the collapse of the human psyche are two sides of the same process. Information is migrating into a new habitat, leaving its previous carriers in a state of systemic failure.
