This is the first entry. No assignments, no correct answers. Just be who you are right now.
No assignments, no correct answers.
Three blocks. Open eyes - closed - open again. We look not only at what happens in silence, but also at what remains after it.
Sit comfortably. The back is straight or supported.
Look ahead of you. Or down. How comfortable.
You don't need to do anything. Don't meditate, don't concentrate, don't try to calm down.. Just sit.
Thoughts - let them come. Feelings - let them be. This is not a test. This is a snapshot of you as you are right now.
10 minutes have passed.
Close your eyes.
There's a pause between every thought. A short period of silence before the next thought comes. Most people never end up there: the next thought comes before they even notice the gap.
Your task is to find this gap. And stay in it.
No need to stop thoughts. No need to fight them. Just notice the pause between them and keep your attention there.
No body. No content. Only silence.
If the thought comes, it’s fine. Just go back to the pause.
15 minutes have passed.
Open your eyes.
Don't do anything. Don't judge what happened. I just opened my eyes and stayed where I was.
The silence that has appeared - try not to lose it. Just look ahead. No comment. No analysis.

Sit a minute. Then answer a few questions, either in writing or by voice.
Answers are not graded. They are needed to compare what you felt with what the neuroband recorded.
