At this stage, you set up your tools and collect basic data. This is the foundation for the entire program - the more accurate the data at the start, the more valuable the results will be.

    Activate the NEIRY neuroband Explore all available metrics - concentration, relaxation, stress, attention. Take several test sessions.

    Read the NEIRY guide Detailed instructions for working with the neurotracker, setting up and interpreting data.
  3. ⌚
    Download data from fitness gadgets Upload data for the last 3-6 months from your fitness trackers (Garmin, Apple Watch, Mi Band, etc.) in Excel or CSV format.

    Send data to the bot Click the "📊 Upload fitness data" button in the bot and attach the file.

Checkup MNPI
6 audio sessions with EEG monitoring

The main stage is that you go through 6 audio sessions, record data from the neurotracker and text from the voice recorder after each session. Based on this data, your MNPI is calculated.

    Complete 6 audio sessions Each session is 15-20 minutes. Listen to audio on headphones with the NEIRY neurotracker turned on.
  2. 📊
    Upload CSV after each session After the session, export the data from NEIRY to CSV and upload it to the bot.
  3. 🎙
    Record the transcript on a voice recorder. After each session, tell me on the recorder what you felt, what you saw, what sensations were in your body. Decipher and upload the text to the bot.
